We process personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable data protection laws (in particular GDPR and BDSG).
“Personal data” means any information that can be used to personally identify you.

Data processing is carried out for the following purposes:

  • Provision and optimization of our website

  • Contract processing and payment processing

  • Customer service and communication

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations

3. Hosting by Wix.com

Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel (hereinafter “Wix”).
Wix processes personal data on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement (DPA) with Wix in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The transfer of data to Israel is covered by an adequacy decision of the EU Commission (Article 45 GDPR).

4. Collection and storage of personal data

a) When you visit the website

Every time you access our website, Wix automatically collects:

  • IP address

  • Date and time of the request

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system

  • Referrer URL

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in the technically error-free provision of the website.

b) When using our contact form

We save your information (name, email, message) to process your request.
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

c) Members area & notifications

When you register as a member of our website, your data (name, email, and any profile information) will be saved. Wix can automatically send email notifications (e.g., for new blog posts).
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

5. Use of OpenAI (AI functions)

Our business plan and startup tools use the API of OpenAI, LLC, 3180 18th Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA.
When you use our AI features, your inputs (prompts, text) may be passed to OpenAI to generate the desired response.

  • Data categories: text input, context information

  • Purpose: Generating content and suggestions

  • Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR)

  • Third country transfer: USA; secured by standard contractual clauses (SCC) in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR

  • Storage period at OpenAI: According to OpenAI, it deletes personal data regularly. For details, see https://openai.com/privacy

We recommend not entering any sensitive personal data into the AI.

 

6. Payment processing

Payments can be made through the following providers:

  • Wix Payments (credit/debit cards, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

  • PayPal (Europe) S.à rl et Cie, SCA, Luxembourg

As part of the payment processing, these providers receive the data required for the transaction (e.g. name, billing address, payment details).
Legal basis: Performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

 

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies to make our website user-friendly, to compile statistics and to optimise marketing measures.

  • Necessary cookies: Required for operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR)
